Forcing people to sing national song is violation of freedom of speech.
Freedom of speech also includes the freedom to keep queit. It is not merely utterance that has freedom, it is the choice that is an inalienable right of every indian.

I think freedom of speech doesn't mean you can say anything about the people, society, country and religion and same way you are not supposed to keep quite when you should not. one should sing national anthem but have to respect that. -Ajay
